Terms & Conditions – www.niceph

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Member," or "Player") and www.niceph ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wwwniceph.org. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the www.niceph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and is subject to the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). www.niceph operates exclusively for users located within the Philippines and in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on www.niceph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the platform.
Your continued use of www.niceph following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
These Terms apply to all services offered by www.niceph, including casino games, sports betting, bingo, slots, live dealer games, and any promotional or bonus programs.
www.niceph reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that the individual is in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use www.niceph. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and is strictly enforced.
You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the platform. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of www.niceph, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
www.niceph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on www.niceph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
www.niceph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You must notify www.niceph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on www.niceph must be conducted through the approved payment methods listed on the platform, which include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards.
All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). www.niceph does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or via credit card for gambling purposes.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.
www.niceph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by www.niceph and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by www.niceph are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions as stated in the individual promotion terms.
Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (₱) and must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
www.niceph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as bonus abuse.
www.niceph reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a promotion was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

06 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the www.niceph platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited: collusion with other players; use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage; exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities; money laundering or any activity that facilitates financial crime.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the www.niceph platform.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or engage in fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.
www.niceph employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the www.niceph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of www.niceph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from www.niceph without prior written consent.

08 Limitation of Liability

www.niceph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, www.niceph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
www.niceph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

09 Privacy & Data

www.niceph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at /privacy-policy.
By registering on www.niceph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
www.niceph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and www.niceph cannot guarantee absolute security.
www.niceph may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

www.niceph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available in your account settings or to contact our support team directly.
www.niceph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source.

11 Amendments

www.niceph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform.
Amendments take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using www.niceph and may request account closure by contacting support.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to www.niceph's internal dispute resolution process. You may contact support to initiate a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
www.niceph's decisions on game outcomes, account matters, and bonus eligibility are final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR guidelines.
